1. Write to us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the return address.
2. Return the empty bottle / package that you received from us to the return address you've been given.
3. It is your obligation to pay the return postage and you must also opt in for tracking number and provide us with it at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. We must receive the bottle / package within 60 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid
5. We can’t allow resale of our products, so empty bottles will be refunded only after enough days have passed for a single customer to consume the product as directed.
6. We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bottles / packages purchased are returned.
These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning our product without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.
